Getting Started on the Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund Application Process
Do you qualify for an NOSF scholarship?
There are several requirements that must be met to qualify for tuition assistance:
- Must be a resident in Allen, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood or Wyandot Counties
- Children must be entering into the K-8 grade for the 2017-2018 school year
- Income and household size must meet requirements (see below)
Income Eligibility for the 2017-2018 School Year
Find your income on this chart, and note the percentage of tuition for which you qualify, according to your household size (includes children and adults in house). The maximum scholarship amount is $1,500. Please remember that each family must pay at least $500 towards tuition.
The deadline to apply for the 2016-2017 school year was Friday, April 29, 2016. NOSF is no longer accepting Pre-Applications for the 2016-2017 school year. Be sure to visit the NOSF website after September 1, 2016 to apply for the 2017-2018 school year.
